Graveside services for James C. Faddis were held Saturday at Coffey Cemetery. Arrangements were by Roberson Funeral Home, Pattonsburg. Memorial contributions may be made to Harrisburg Christian Church in care of the funeral home in Bethany.

James C. Faddis, 74, Harrisburg, formerly Lodi, Calif., died Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2004, at a Columbia hospital.

He was born Aug. 3, 1930, in Cove Creek, Ark., the son of Lee and Clarice (Parr) Faddis.

Mr. Faddis served in the navy during World War II. He then worked in the California Logging Industry until his retirement in 2000. He and his wife Bette returned to Missouri to make their home after living in California for over 60 years.

Mr. Faddis was a member of the Harrisburg Christian Church for three years.

He was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.

Survivors include his wife, Bette; two sons, Frank of River Pines, Calif., and Jim of Israel; two brothers, Roy of Plymouth, Calif. and Bob of Fallon, Nev.; and one sister, Lydia Palmer of Fallon, Nev.
