Funeral services for Geraldine Magee will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, at the Roberson-Polley Chapel in Albany. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. tonight (Wednesday), where friends may call anytime after 2 p.m. today. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, McFall. Memorial contributions may be made to Fairview Cemetery Association, Albany Christian Church or Northwest Medical Center Memorial Fund.

Geraldine (Manring) Magee, 86, McFall, died Monday, Dec. 13, 2004, at an Albany hospital.

Mrs. Magee was born July 7, 1918, on the family farm near McFall to Hovey and Eva (Patton) Manring. She was a graduate of the Grandview School system, and attended William Jewell College.

She was a member of the Albany Christian Church.

Mrs. Magee was united in marriage to Morris (Fibber) Magee on Oct. 14, 1939. She and her husband farmed in partnerships for over 60 years. He died in January 2001.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Louise Chapman.

Survivors include two daughters, Sharron Guest of King City and Nancy Salmon of Gallatin; one son, Tom Magee of McFall; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
