For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Harold L. Ferry and Evelyn A. Ferry, husband and wife, as Tenants by the Entirety dated May 21, 2003 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Daviess County, Missouri in Book 202, Page 5 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 4:55:00 p.m.), at the South Front Floor of the Courthouse, City of Gallatin, County of Daviess, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Daviess County, State of Missouri, to wit:
All of Lot 2149, of Valkyrie Valley Subdivision, in Daviess County, Missouri, a Subdivision of Part of Section 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, in Township 59 North, Range 28 West, in Daviess County, Missouri, together with rights of access, ingress and egress over and upon all platted roads, streets and ways of said Subdivision, all as shown by the recorded plats thereof.
Subject, however, to the limitations, covenants, and restrictions contained in the declaration thereof as recorded in Deed Record Book 182, Page 308, and as amended and recorded in Deed Record Book 185, at Page 54, of the Office of Recorder of Deeds for Daviess County, Missouri.
