Pratt, a single person, dated 2nd day of April, 2001, and recorded in Book 185, Page 91, and rerecorded in Book 193, Page 31 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for County of Daviess, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of the debt, who has elected to declare the entire debt due and payable, will on Wednesday, December 1, 2004 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (2:00 p.m.) at the South Front Door of the Daviess County Courthouse, City of Gallatin, County of Daviess, State of Missouri sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the realty described in said deed of trust, to wit:

All the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Two (2), Township Fifty-nine (59), of Range Twenty-eight (28), except commencing at the Southwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Two (2), Township Fifty-nine (59), of Range Twenty-eight (28), Daviess County, Missouri, thence North 495 feet, thence East 704 feet, thence South 495 feet, thence West 704 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations, and covenants, if any, to satisfy said debt and cost.
