Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, 2004, at the Bram Funeral Home in Maysville with burial in the Fairport Cemetery. Bessie Fern (Uthe) Dunham, Maysville, formerly of Santa Rosa, died Sunday, Oct. 24, 2004, at Sunset Nursing Home in Maysville.
Mrs. Dunham was born in Daviess County to Jurd and Carrie Cook Uthe on March 29, 1927. She attended school in Winston and was a homemaker.
On Dec. 15, 1944, she married Robert Dunham.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Fred, Carl and J.W. Uthe and one sister, Marjorie Becker.
Survivors include her husband, Robert, of the home; two sons, John Dunham of Amity, and Larry Dunham of Cameron; two daughters, Dianne Barton of Maysville and Jennifer Dawson of Clarksdale; one sister, Helen Shaw of Albany; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
