The John Dennis Scholarship, awarded by the Missouri Sheriffs’ Association, is a $500 scholarship, which will be presented to 16 college-bound Missouri high school seniors who intend to pursue a criminal justice career and will be attending a Missouri college or university.
Students interested in applying for the scholarship may contact the Missouri Sheriffs’ Association, 229 Madison Street, Jefferson City, Mo., 65101, to obtain an application. Applications must be submitted by Jan. 31, 2005.
