James Lewis, bridge supervisor, met with the commission reporting that the bridge deck had been poured in Sheridan Township. The commission will inspect the site later today.

Danny Heldenbrand moved to close a portion of the meeting according to Chapter 610.021 RSMo. to discuss pending litigation. Motion passed unanimously. No decisions were made.
In the afternoon the commission inspected roads and bridges and checked progress of brush control in Sheridan and Liberty Townships.
Jonathan Arnold met with the commission reporting that his Eagle project has been completed. He left information for all the contacts necessary. Phillip Arnold requested that for his Eagle project he will continue the project to its completion on Veterans Day. The dedication ceremony in November will be conducted by the VFW Post.
