A dissolution of marriage was granted to Jeremy D. Matthes from Andrea K. Matthes.

A wrongful death settlement was granted to Marie Mansfield against Jeffrey and Shelley Dale.

A divorce was granted to Brandon Lee Robb from Stacy Renee Robb, with her former name Williams restored.

Rebecca Smith entered a guilty plea to the Class C felony of stealing, and a pre-sentence investigation was ordered.

Ronnie L. Stevens had plead guilty to two counts of failure to return rented property, Class C felonies, in March. After he failed to appear for sentencing in July, the guilty plea was withdrawn in August. The defendant has now re-entered guilty pleas to both counts. The imposition of sentence was suspended, and he was placed on five years probation.

Brendan Conover had previously plead guilty in June to tampering first degree, Class C felony. He received a suspended imposition of sentence and was placed on five years probation.

In State of Missouri vs. Bradley S. Farrow, his probation was revoked on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Class B felony. The previously imposed five-year sentence in the Department of Corrections was executed.

Probation was revoked for Jerry Lee, on the Class D felony of non-support. He was sentenced to four years in the Department of Corrections, execution of sentence suspended, and placed on probation for five years.

In State vs. Robert Wilson, probation was revoked on two original charges of burglary 2nd degree, Class C felony. The previous sentence of seven years on each count was executed, sentences to be served consecutively. Wilson also received a suspended imposition of sentence and a renewed term of five years probation on two Class C felony charges, burglary 2nd degree and tampering first degree.
