A criminal summons has been issued for Dina Eskridge, 29, Hamilton, who was charged July 22 with stealing, Class C felony. Eskridge is accused of writing checks to herself out of the Caldwell County and Daviess County 4-H Council checking accounts while employed at the two University Outreach Extension offices between September 2001 and April 7, 2003.

Lucas May, 21, Lawton, Okla., was arrested Aug. 2 and his bond was revoked on an original charge of possession of a chemical with intent to create controlled substance, Class A felony. He is being held on $35,000 bond.

Jason Brown, 17, Gallatin, was charged July 28 with two counts of misdemeanor assault third degree and one count of misdemeanor false imprisonment. Bond for the misdemeanors was denied, and his bond was revoked on a felony stealing charge. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing.

A 17-year-old Gallatin man was arrested July 28 for bond violations on an original charge of peace disturbance. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing. Bond was denied.

Jay Parker, 21, Winston, was arrested July 28 for parole violations on an original felony charge of receiving stolen property. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing. Bond was denied.

A 23-year-old Trenton woman was arrested July 26 for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of passing bad checks. She posted $250 bond.
