A Pattonsburg man was arrested July 24 in connection with a search warrant executed on June 29 at his residence. Robert S. Henderson, 48, has been charged with the Class B felony of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. He posted $50,000 bond. His son, Levi Henderson, was charged with the identical offense on July 13 and remains in custody.
Donald Warwick Jr., 50, Gallatin, was arrested July 20, charged with the Class C felony of stealing. He posted $6,000 bond. Warwick allegedly failed to report changes in his property ownership and resources to the Department of Social Services, which enabled him to fraudulently collect food stamps and Medicaid totaling $23,676.77 from the State of Missouri.
Justin Troy Ritchey, 23, Wichita, Kan., was charged July 24 with tampering first degree, Class C felony, and stealing motor fuel, Class A misdemeanor. Ritchey allegedly stole a car in Harrison County and then failed to pay for fuel at KJ’s Two-Stop in Pattonsburg. He was apprehended by the Highway Patrol and the Cameron Police Department as he continued southbound on I-35 at a high rate of speed. A 23-year-old Joplin man who was also in the car was charged with stealing motor fuel, Class A misdemeanor, and tampering second degree, Class A misdemeanor, in connection with the incident.
Shane Bodholdt, 33, Varina, Iowa, was arrested July 26 in Boone County, Iowa, for felony non-support. Bond has been set at $2,500, and he is awaiting extradition to Daviess County.
Angela Luckett, 30, Marshall, was arrested July 24 in Pettis County on their charges and will be extradited to Daviess County for probation violations on felony passing bad check charges. Bond was set at $1,000.
A 19-year-old Gallatin man was charged July 22 with misdemeanor resisting arrest. He posted $500 bond.
A 55-year-old Gallatin man was arrested for misdemeanor trespassing on July 26. Bond was set at $2,500, and he was transferred to Grundy County.
A 19-year-old Jamesport man was charged with misdemeanor peace disturbance and assault 3rd degree on July 25. He posted $1,000 bond.
A 22-year-old McFall man was arrested July 20 for probation violations on original misdemeanor charges of driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated. He posted $1,000 bond.
A burglary was reported July 21 by Jack Dowell of J&J Seeds. Two complete shafts for a grain head and one complete shaft for a stripper head were stolen from his business. The stolen items are valued around $1,500.
