A memorial inurnment service will be held for Billie A. (Brown) Doying, the daughter of Jay and Betty Youtsey of Gallatin, at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 31, 2004, at Floral Hills Cemetery, 7100 Blue Ridge Blvd., Kansas City, Mo., for family and friends.
She passed away May 30, 2004, at her home in Maple Grove, Minn. She was a 1967 graduate of North Kansas City High School.
