You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Court named in the above caption the object and general nature of which is to terminate your parental rights in and to Clay Leslie Bell.

The name of the Court in which this action is pending and the names of all the parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the Deputy Juvenile Officer is Ellen G. Donoho, P.O. Box 831, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.

You are further notified that, unless you file answer or other pleading and serve the same on the Plaintiff or her attorney or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within forty-five days after the 14th day of July 2004, (date of the first publication of this notice) judgment by default will be rendered against you. It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to law and the provision of Rule 54.17 in the Gallatin North Missourian, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Daviess, State of Missouri.
