University of Evansville student Kara Sullenger of Gallatin has been named to UE’s Dean’s List for outstanding academic achievement in the 2004 spring semester.

To attain the Dean’s List, a student must have earned a 3.5 average (GPA) while carrying 12 or more hours of credit.

During the spring semester, Kara attended Harlaxton in Grantham, England, an extension of UE. Each semester about half the 150 or so students who attend Harlaxton are from colleges other than UE. Kara is a full time student at William Jewell. She is the daughter of John and Mary Sullenger, Gallatin.

The University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana is a private, United Methodist Church-related, comprehensive university that is a member of the Associated New American Colleges.

The Office of the Registrar at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville announces the names of students who were named to the Academic or President’s Honor Roll at the end of the spring trimester. Students named to the President’s Honor Roll have attained a perfect 4.00 GPA for the trimester.

Among the students listed on the President’s Honor roll was Nathan Uthe of Altamont.

NWMSU registrar also released the names of undergraduate students who completed requirements for baccalaureate degrees at the conclusion of the 2004 spring trimester.

Heather Sue Caselman received her B.S. degree in geography and geology: environmental. Heather was among 81 students who graduated with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 to 3.74 for their collegiate career.
