Funeral services for Patricia Stith were held Monday, June 7, at Brown Funeral Home in Cameron. Interment was at Cope Cemetery, Weatherby. Memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
Patricia Jean Stith, 60, Weatherby, died May 30, 2004, at her residence as a result of injuries sustained in a tornado.
Born on April 24, 1944, in Carrollton to Jonathan and Marie Hart Riley, she had lived in the Kansas City area before moving to the Weatherby area 30 years ago.
Mrs. Stith was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her father and by her mother, who died in the same storm at Patricia’s residence.
On April 18, 1964, she married John Stith at the Union Baptist Church in Chula. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include one daughter, Kristina Sharp, Cameron; one son, James, Milan; one sister, Lila Ellis, Kuwait; one brother, John “Lucky” Riley, Tina; and three grandchildren,.
