Mark Strasser was selected by his fellow teachers as Gallatin R-5 Teacher of the Year; Nancy Salmon is retiring
At the end of the 2004 school year, Gallatin R-5 and the Community Teachers Association (CTA) honored fellow teachers for their various services to the school. Mark Strasser was selected by his fellow teachers as Gallatin R-5 Teacher of the Year. Mark is shown receiving his plaque from Chris Henderson, chairman of the committee. Finishing 21 years of service in the teaching field, Nancy Salmon is retiring from Gallatin where she has served as a special education instructor. Nancy received a special proclamation from the State of Missouri, a bell from CTA, among other gifts.
