In a jury trial on May 26, Samuel L. Justus was found guilty of child molestation, 1st degree, Class B felony. The judge ordered a pre-sentence investigation, and sentencing will occur after the filing of that report. The case was heard by Judge Barbara Lame from Livingston County.
