Many people I’ve talked to lately, are seriously concerned about the recent Massachusetts Supreme Court ruling legalizing Homosexual marriages in that state. This November, the citizens living in this great state of Missouri, will have the opportunity to vote on strengthening our families, which according to the Bible, consists of one man married to one woman.
There are a small minority in our nation, that are trying to convince us that homosexuality is normal. By whose standard are they basing this conclusion on? It certainly is not God’s. In Genesis 4:1 we are given a clear picture that God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. My purpose for writing this article is to inform Christians and Christian leaders of all faiths in this community, the time has come to let your voice be heard! If homosexual activists succeed in redefining traditional marriage, will the next step be making it a crime to speak God’s truth about homosexuality? Personally, I don’t want to wait and find out. I urge you to contact your U.S. Reps. and your two U.S. Senators. Write and/or e-mail them today. When you do contact them, ask that they support the Federal Marriage Amendment. In addition, please make this a matter of prayer.
We are in the midst of a Moral War. This war has been going on since the very first family was removed from the Garden of Eden. It is a war we cannot afford to lose in the 21st Century.
