The PING All-America golf teams for NCAA Division II have been named and among the honorees is 2002 Gallatin R-5 grad and current Missouri Western State College sophomore Brice Garnett.
Garnett, who recently competed in the NCAA Division II Men’s Golf Championship in Florida, was one of 26 golfers named to the honorable mention team. The winner of a several tournaments this season, Garnett is the reigning MIAA champion and NCAA Division II Central
Region champion. He was the first MWSC golfer to ever play in the Division II national tournament.
Brice is the son of Tom and Nancy Garnett of Gallatin.
