Funeral services for Maggie Noll, formerly of Jamesport, will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the United Methodist Church, Jamesport, under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery, Jamesport. Friends may call after 8:30 a.m.

Saturday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the church and/or the donor’s choice in care of the funeral home.

Maggie I. Noll, 99, Port Orange, Fla., died Friday, May 14, 2004, at a hospice care center.

Mrs. Noll was born Oct. 29, 1904, in Mercer County, the daughter of Clarence Taylor and Fannie (Thomas) Hampshire.

She moved to Jamesport with her parents and younger sister, Maxine, in April of 1916. She graduated from the Jamesport High School in 1923.

On June 8, 1923, she married Earl Noll. He died on May 28, 1969.

Mrs. Noll was a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star; a charter member of the Pollyanna Club; a former member of the Fortnightly Club; a member of the United Methodist Women; and the 4-H Club. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Jamesport for

80 years.

She was also preceded in death by an infant son, Earl Dean; one son, C.E. Noll; and a daughter, Norma McReynolds.

Survivors include one daughter, Alice M. Darnell of Orange City, Fla.; one son, LeRoy Noll of Enid, Okla.; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
