Captain Johnnie B. Hoggatt, Commanding Officer of Troop H in St. Joseph recently announced the following promotions.
Trooper Michael S. Belshe has been promoted to the rank of Corporal and designated Assistant Zone Commander of Zone 10 that covers Daviess and DeKalb Counties. In 1996 he began his career
with the Patrol in Zone 3 at Bethany. In 2000, he transferred From Bethany to Zone 8 in Hamilton.
Corporal Belshe is a 8-year veteran of the Patrol. He is a native of Gallatin and graduated from high school there in 1990. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Central Missouri State
University at Warrensburg, Missouri. Corporal Belshe is married to the former Laura Anderson of Hamilton, Missouri.
