Graveside service and inurnment for Joseph Sparks, brother of Roy Sparks of Altamont, were held Saturday, at Center Grove Cemetery, near Westboro. Arrangements were by Schooler Funeral Home, Fairfax.

Other survivors include his wife, Merilyn, of the home; four sons, Gary D. and Thomas E., both of Valley View, Texas, David A., Melbourne, Fla., and Larry E., Decatur, Texas; his mother and
stepfather, Betty and Edman Chaney, Rogers, Ark; two other brothers, Bill, Lewisville, Texas, and Butch, Rogers, Ark.; 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
