Notice of Hearing

To: All persons who claim any interest in the property of William James Wood, deceased, as an heir of said decedent, or through any heir of said decedent:

You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County, Missouri for the determination of the heirs of William James Wood, deceased, and of their respective interest as such heirs in and with respect to the following described property owned by Decedent at the time of his death, to-wit:

The East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Fifty-eight (58), Range Twenty-seven (27) and the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Fifty-eight (58), of Range Twenty-seven (27).

The West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, of the Southeast Quarter; and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; and a strip of land fifteen and one-half rods wide at the east end, and four (4) rods wide at the West end making the Middle of the creek the North line to within about 4 rods of the West line, where the North line leaves the Creek. Said strip being off of the South part of the East Half of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty-six (36); all of said lands being in Section Thirty-six (36), in Township Fifty-eight (58), of Range Twenty-seven (27), in Daviess County, Missouri and containing 77 1/4 acres, more or less. (Value of said property being $130,000.00)

You are hereby required to appear to answer said Petition for Determination of Heirship on the 20th day of May, 2004, at 9 o’clock a.m. in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County, Missouri at Gallatin, Daviess County, Missouri, at which time and place said Petition will be heard. Should you fail to appear therein, judgment may be entered in due course upon said Petition
