Gallatin R-5 sophomore Kinsey Batson, daughter of Jerry and Wanda Batson, has been selected to attend the Missouri West Leadership Seminar (MWLS) to be held at Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg June 11-13.
Kinsey was selected by the school administrators because of her demonstrated academic performance and leadership potential. Kinsey is active in FCCLA, Student Council, FBLA, Hi- Step, basketball and softball. She is a member of the Christian Church and volunteers each year at Camp Rainbow at Crowder State Park, a summer camp for the developmentally disabled.
