Gallatin R-5 will be sending twelve FBLA students to state after having received superior showing at District FBLA Contest held on March 9 at Northwest Missouri State University at Maryville. There were 508 entries at the contest with 25 schools participating.

Members advancing to state are Hattie Rains, Katie Patton, Trisha Sprague, Emily Gay, Jonathan Arnold, Samantha Mott, Kara Kloepping, Whitney Wright, Keira Story, Brittney Hixson, Lindsey Robertson and Whitney Boyd.

In other FBLA news, Trisha Sprague was selected as District I secretary.
