Free tax preparation available to low-income taxpayers

Puzzled by the tax law on which credits and deductions to take? Need assistance with your tax return? The VITA Program is here to help.

VITA offers free tax help for low-to-moderate income people who cannot prepare their own tax returns.

Volunteers sponsored by Green Hills Community Action Agency received training to help prepare basic tax returns in their nine county areas. The VITA site in Daviess County is at the Community Action Agency, Clay and Jackson, Gallatin.
