A private memorial service for Boyce Wood, stepbrother of Wilbur Roloson of Gallatin, was held in Spanaway, Wash. The body was cremated.
Boyce “Woody” Wood, 73, Spanaway, formerly Maysville, died Friday, Jan. 30, 2004.
Mr. Wood, born near Maryville, had been employed as a carpenter.
Other survivors include his wife, Marilyn of Washington state; one son, Roger Wood of Washington state; two daughters, Lisa McVey and Cathy Decoteau, both of Washington state; one stepsister, Donna Roe, Holt; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
