Missouri Land Title has been sold to Guaranteed Land Title

Missouri Land Title on Main and Grand in Gallatin has been sold to Guaranty Land Title out of Columbia. The transaction was official on Feb. 16.
Guaranty Land Title also bought the Missouri Land Title office in Bethany. The purchase of the two offices make the 14th and 15th offices in Missouri now owned by Guaranty Land Title.
Dawn Harpster will manage the Gallatin office. Mrs. Harpster also manages the Cameron office which was purchased by the company last July. She will split her time equally between the two businesses.
Mrs. Harpster resides in Kidder and has been a Daviess County resident for over 15 years. Personnel at the Gallatin office will remain the same: Michelle Chadwick, part-time high school student, does general office work; Donna Hibbs does the posting at the Daviess County Courthouse; Loretta Rouner, does title searches and writes the commitments.
Missouri Land Title, previously owned by Dudley Brandom who lives in Arizona, had been in business about 48 years.
