The Gallatin R-5 Board of Education will hold its regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 18 in the Family and Consumer Science room.
The Gallatin R-5 Board of Education will hold its regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 18 in the Family and Consumer Science room. The date has been changed from Feb. 19
Included on the agenda are roll call and approval of the previous minutes.
During communications the board will discuss bills, the ledger, and investments. Visitors will be heard at this time.
Board policies, budget cuts and a reduction report will be discussed during old business. The Consortium of Northwest Long Distance Learning will be reviewed.
New business will include presentations of the calendar; the budget; and the M.S.I.P waiver for 2005-2006. A technology report/grant, principal evaluations and contracts, and student personnel will be discussed.
The superintendent will report on the technology report/grant; career ladder; summer school; food report; asbestos inspection; and the high school roof.
Principals Mr. Burrell, Mr. Elbert and Mrs. Warren will offer reports.
After an executive session the board will adjourn.
The next meeting is set for March 18.
