Eric Booram, Lincoln Township board member, met with the commission questioning the timing of the placement of metal culverts in that township. Those pipes will be installed as soon as weather permits.
Bills were audited and paid.
Notice was received from Snyder and Associates that right-of-way documents, warranty deeds and donation letters have been submitted to MoDOT approval on BRO project (25).
Certificates of training were filed by commissioners.
Reta Rains, treasurer, met with the commission regarding her monthly report.
The commission discussed their training sessions from last week. David Holcomb moved that a more strict policy be enforced in regard to time sheets of all employees. Danny Heldenbrand seconded. Holcomb – yes, Heldenbrand – yes, Tolen – yes.
Due to the Monday holiday next week the commission will meet on Tuesday, Feb. 17.
Danny Heldenbrand moved to adjourn at 3:45 p.m. David Tolen seconded.
