Deputy Larry Todd Watson was dispatched to Landes Amoco Shop in Jamesport at 2:05 a.m. Feb. 4 in response to a burglary alarm which had been activated there. At his arrival, the north entrance door had been shattered and the cooler doors were open. Two subjects were caught on surveillance tapes vandalizing two vehicles, breaking the door, and stealing beer. As the suspects fled, they dropped all the beer except for two 18-packs. The surveillance tape has been seized as evidence. The damage to the business and vehicles is over $800, and the stolen items are valued at $25.

Jeffrey Mathews, 24, formerly of Pattonsburg, was arrested Feb. 4 for failure to appear on the Class C felony of endangering the welfare of a child and the Class B felony of manufacture of a controlled substance. He is being held at Ray County Security Housing on $50,000 bond.

Samantha Mathews, 26, formerly of Pattonsburg, was arrested Feb. 5 for failure to appear on the Class C felony charge of endangering the welfare of a child. She is being held at Ray County Security Housing on $10,000 bond.

Dirk Erp, Trenton, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with probation violations on original felony charges of DWI and leaving the scene of an accident. He is being held at Ray County Security Housing on $4,000 bond.

Angela Luckett, 30, Marshall, was arrested Feb. 4 in Saline County for failure to appear on probation violations for felony passing bad checks. She is being held at Ray County Security Housing on $1,000 bond.

A 30-year-old St. Joseph man was charged Feb. 5 with failure to appear for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He posted $750 bond.

A 22-year-old Lake Viking man was charged Feb. 4 with misdemeanor DWI for an incident that occurred Jan. 31. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing on $750 bond.

A 43-year-old Chillicothe man was arrested Feb. 6 for misdemeanor DWI. He posted $750 bond.
