Funeral services for Phyllis Moore were held Tuesday at McWilliams Funeral Home in Gallatin. Burial was at Stewartsville Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Phyllis Moore Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
Phyllis Moore, 65, Gallatin, died Friday, Jan. 30, 2004, at Cameron Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Moore was born Nov. 7, 1938 to Quentin and Mae “Sample” Piepergerdes in Stewartsville. She graduated from Lafayette High School in 1956.
Mrs. Moore was employed at the Jones Store in Kansas City, Kan., for many years.
She was survived by one son, Kenneth Moore in 1995.
Survivors include two daughters, Kelly Watterson and Kathy Braden, both of Gallatin; Karen Juarez, Kansas City, Kan.; Karla Bennett, Kansas City; Kristy Holcomb, Polo; one son, Karl Moore, Platte City; one brother, Blair Piepergerdes, Gladstone; 17 grandchildren; 11 great- grandchildren.
