Daviess County Soil & Water Conservation District FY-2005 Cost-Share sign up is throughout the month of February. Beginning Monday, Feb. 2, landowners wishing to receive state cost-share funds after July 1, 2004, may apply for assistance. Absentee landowners desiring to apply for cost-shared practices may fill out a signature authorization form prior to the sign-up date. This form will remain on file with the soil district until the landowner cancels this authorization. There will be no other sign-up for the fiscal year 2005 funds.
All previous cost-share applications on file will be canceled at the end of June. For more information call the district office at 660-663-3703 ext. 3.
