Jerald and Vickie Fore, Joplin, and George and Judy Hanger, Webb City, announce the marriage of their daughter, Jennifer Jill Fore, to Donald E. Melton, the son of Jim and Suzanne Melton, Nevada. The ceremony took place at the Love Chapel in Las Vegas, Nev., on Aug. 28, 2003.
Jill is a graduate of the Webb City High School and a 2002 graduate from Missouri Southern State College, Joplin, with an associate’s degree in respiratory therapy. She is employed at the Mt. Vernon Hospital.
Don is a graduate of Walker High School and Southern State College, Joplin, with an associate’s degree in law enforcement, and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He is a lieutenant with the Webb City Police Department.
After returning home, a reception was held at the couple’s home, hosted by their parents. The reception theme was a Hawaiian Luau.
Among those attending were Grace Boulting of Darlington, Ermagene Welty of Coffey, Gary and Linda Bounds of Albany and Justin and Jessica Bedford of Fayette.
