You are notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Daviess County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is: Petition for Declaratory Judgment to exclude any claim or claims you may have to real estate located in Daviess County, Missouri and which affects the following described property:
The North Fifty-two (52) feet of Lot One (1) and all of Lot Two (2) except that part described as: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot Two (2); thence Southwesterly along the road Ninety-two (92) feet to a corner; thence South One Hundred Thirty-four (134) feet; thence East Eighty-four (84) feet to the road; thence North One Hundred Sixty-eight (168) feet to the place of beginning, all in Block “A”, Langfords Addition to the City of Jamesport, Daviess County, Missouri.
