Pee Wee wrestling begins Jan. 5

Gallatin Pee Wee wrestling coach Doug Nichols has announced the dates and times for upcoming pee wee wrestling practices, which will be held January 5, 6, 8, 12 and 13.

Pre-school through first grade wrestlers will practice from 3:15 to 4:15 p.m. on the above dates in the new elementary gym. Grades two through six will practice from 4:15 to 5:30 on those days.

For practice, participants are asked to wear shorts or sweats, t-shirt and clean gym shoes or sock feet. The wrestling tournament is scheduled for Friday night, January 16. There will be more on the tournament at a later date.

Parents are asked to drop off and pick up their children on time. There is no cost to participate. Anyone with questions may direct them to 663-2173.
