Funeral services for Dolores L. Gatton were held Saturday, at McWilliams Family Funeral Home, Gallatin. Burial was at McCrary Cemetery, Gallatin. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Dolores L. Gatton, 67, of Gallatin, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003, at her residence.
Mrs. Gatton was born Sept. 3, 1936, to Lee and Ethel (Linville) Stevens in Gallatin. She graduated from Gallatin High School in 1954. She then attended a Business College in St. Joseph.
Mrs. Gatton married William Gatton on May 14, 1955, in Gallatin.
She was employed as secretary for the Daviess County Health Department for many years until her retirement.
She was preceded in death by her father Lee Stevens and daughter Patricia Gatton.
Survivors include her husband, Bill, of the home; her mother, Ethel Stevens; two sons, Ron and Randy Gatton, both of Gallatin; two daughters, Debby and Karen Gatton, both of Gallatin; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
