In State of Missouri vs. Laura E. Jungers, the defendant plead guilty to DWI, Class D felony, and was sentenced to 3 years in the Department of Corrections

Harold Ray Burnett Sr. asked for a change of judge and change of venue on two charges, attempted theft of anhydrous ammonia, Class B felony, and possession of anhydrous ammonia, Class D felony. A new judge was ordered.

In State vs. Joel B. Hughes, on two counts of non-support, Class D felonies, the defendant entered a guilty plea. On a plea agreement, the imposition of sentence was suspended, and the defendant was placed on 5 years probation.

Jamie Toney entered a guilty plea and waived the pre-sentence investigation on one charge of theft of anhydrous ammonia, Class B felony. He was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 10 years; court retains jurisdiction under RSMo 559.115 and recommends institutional treatment.

In State vs. Lester B. Robinson, the defendant plead guilty to an amended charge of possession of a controlled substance, Class C felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.

Tammy Marie Tipton plead guilty to an amended charge of passing bad checks, Class A misdemeanor. The imposition of sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on 2 years court-supervised probation.

Guy D. Povlitzki entered a guilty plea to possession of a controlled substance, Class C felony. The pre-sentence investigation was waived, and the defendant was sentenced to 5 years in the Department of Corrections; court retains jurisdiction under RSMo 559.115.

Warrants were issued for Danielle Ackerlund, Joshua J. Brennan, Stephen Endahl, and Timothy Claus for failure to appear.

Civil Law Day was conducted Dec. 12. Dissolutions of marriage were granted to Glen Parrack from Deborah Parrack, and to Marsha Jean Hall from Richard Wayne Hall, with her maiden name Robb restored.

A dissolution of marriage was granted to Donald George Ohlberg from Misty Lynn Ohlberg by Judge Daren Adkins on Dec. 15.

Civil cases filed: Amy Sue Curtis vs. Scotty Gene Curtis, dissolution.

Criminal cases filed: State vs. Jamie Toney, theft of anhydrous ammonia, Class B felony; State vs. Ronnie L. Stevens, 2 counts of failure to return rented property, Class C felony; State vs. Amy Sue Curtis, 2 counts non-support, Class D felony.
