Following are the reports taken by the Gallatin Police Department during the month of November. The report includes the time and date of the report, the nature of the report, the address or location and disposition.

Nov. 1 at 1:15 p.m.: arrest report for violation of order of protection at 601 W. Grand, Apt. #1. Suspect was taken into custody and sent to Midwest Security Housing.

Nov. 2 at 12:15 a.m.: arrest report for warrants and traffic at Van Buren and Clay Streets. Suspect taken into custody and sent to Midwest Security Housing.

Nov. 2 at 2:45 p.m.: aggravated assault at 212 N. Main. Pamida employee struck by BB or pellet. No suspect information.

Nov. 7 at 4:05 p.m.: auto accident, non-injury at Farmers Bank involving two vehicles.

Nov. 9 at 2:02 p.m.: juvenile report at 312 E. Corrine. Beyond parental control Nov. 10, date and time unknown, incident discovered at 9:30 a.m.: property damage, 609 S. Main, windows broken at Daviess County Sheriff’s property room.

Nov. 13 at 11 a.m.: auto accident, minor injury, S. Clay and S. Main Streets. Vehicle drove off roadway and struck utility pole.

Nov. 13, time unknown: animal intake form at Animal Control Building. Two puppies from same litter.

Nov. 20 at 9:50 a.m.: recovered property at 112 E. Grand. Ladies wallet turned in. Owner found and wallet returned to her.

Nov. 21 at 9:06 p.m.: false report (misuse of 9-1-1) at 206 E. Mill. Suspects identified and case forwarded to prosecutor for charges.

Nov. 22 at 2:30 p.m.: animal bite at 311 N. Daviess. Animal impounded. Released after 10 days. No rabies.

Nov. 29 at 8:10 a.m.: auto accident, non-injury at Main and Grand.

Nov. 29 at 3:30 p.m.: animal bite at 301 S. Maple.

Nov. 29, between 7:05 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.): property damage at 412 S. Water.

Nov. 30 at 7:15 p.m.: animal intake form at Animal Control Building. Six male puppies and one female puppy, same litter.
