$200 raised on Dec. 7
The Christmas dance recital of Dance Essentials, owned by Vera Nelson, and Gayla’s, owned by Gayla Teel, raised over $200 from their performance on Dec. 7. The studios charged no admission to the performance so that the free-will donation could be a gift from the students to charitable organizations. Money was given to the Green Hills Community Action Agency, the Ministerial Alliance, and the Patrick McBroom Cancer Fund.
