The clerk reported having received the executed streetlight agreement from the City of Gallatin.
The commission reviewed the budget to actual reports.
Circuit Judge Warren McElwain met with the commission regarding the 2004 budget and possible improvements for the circuit courtroom.
The commission executed the 2004 agreement with Children’s Mercy Hospital.
Betty Harmison, assessor, met with the commission to discuss assessment problems.
Harold Offield, Chillicothe, met with the commission regarding access to Mt. Zion Cemetery, south of Jamesport. The commission contacted representative Whorton’s office for information on providing prisoner labor for the cleanup. A state-trained guard would have to be provided by the county, as well as the equipment. The county has no personnel available and the state will not offer training for some time.
