Tim and Deena (Woody) Ogle of Chillicothe are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Ariel Rayanne, born Dec. 9 at the Chillicothe hospital. Ariel weighed 5 pounds, 9 ounces, and was 18 1/4 inches long. She is welcomed home by her brother Brad.
