Memorial services for Jack Adams, brother of Ronda Caldwell of Winston, will follow cremation at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home. Arrangements were by Poland- Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Mr. Adams donated his body to K.U. Medical Center for Science.

Jack “”Stanley”” Adams, 42, Cameron, died Nov. 27, 2003, at a local nursing home after a lengthy illness from Huntingtons-Chorea disease.

Mr. Adams was born in Riverside, Calif., Jan. 13, 1961. He was one of 11 children born to Donald and Maxine (Lebo) Adams. He was adopted at the age of 7 by his aunt and uncle, Maynard and Bessie Adams.

Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his biological parents; two brothers, Donnie and Frankie Adams; and two sisters, Margrett Sanders and Virginia Sutton.

Survivors include his parents, Maynard and Bessie Adams, Maysville; biological brothers, Issac, Prescott, Ariz., David, Adrian, Mich., and Johnnie, Riverside, Calif.; biological sisters, Nancy Kopp, Arlington, Calif., Luella Scarpetta, Kansas City, and Carolyn Willey, Kingman, Ariz.; brothers, Merrill, Breckenridge; and Danny, Little Valley, N.Y.; sisters, Trudy Caldwell, Breckenridge, Beverly Lee, Cameron, and Sarah Martin, Dimmitt, Texas.
