Notice of Successor Trustee’s Sale

WHEREAS, Douglas M. Avriette and Terrie Michelle Avriette, husband and wife, and Ronald S. Mager and Alice M. Mager, husband and wife, by their Deed of Trust dated May 31, 2002, recorded in Book No. 192 at Page No. 86, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds within and for Daviess County, Missouri, conveyed to James L. Anderson, Trustee, the following described real estate situate, lying and being in Daviess County, Missouri, to-wit:

Lots Three (3) and Four (4) in Block “L” in Brown and Wirt’s Addition to Gallatin, Missouri.

in trust to secure the payment of the indebtedness in said Deed of Trust more fully described; and

WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of said indebtedness, and

WHEREAS, the therein named Lender has exercised its right to appoint Jennifer M. Snider as Successor Trustee as provided by the terms of said Deed of Trust.

NOW, THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said indebtedness and pursuant to the conditions of said Deed of Trust, I, Jennifer M. Snider, as Successor Trustee will sell the above-described property at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the south door of the Courthouse in the City of Gallatin, State of Missouri, on December 12, 2003, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. for the purpose of satisfying said debt, costs and expenses provided therein.
