Xi Xi Beta Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi met on Oct. 7 at the home of Patty Hubbard. There were 10 members present, three excused. The minutes of the September meeting were read and approved. Our “Friendly Venture” story was published in the Torch. President Gina Dixon read the full page story to all in attendance. Next year’s meeting schedule was set up. Yearbook updates are being made. Angel tree preparations will begin this month. The program was a video of a typical patrol of the US Army 118th MPCO in Afghanistan filmed and narrated by Sgt. Michael Hubbard. The film was very interesting and informative.
