William Dennis Grant

Funeral services for William Grant were held Sept. 17 at the Pitts Funeral Home in Breckenridge. Burial was at the Rosehill Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, which may be left at or mailed to the funeral home, P.O. Box 425, Braymer, 64624.

William Dennis Grant, 55, Breckenridge, died Saturday, Sept. 13, at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe.

Mr. Grant was born June 7, 1948, the son of William F. and Julia Marie Salisbury Grant, in Des Moines, Iowa. Mr. Grant was a graduate of Chillicothe High School. He worked for Reed Seeds in Chillicothe. Mr. Grant was a member of Well and Joy Church in New York Community near Hamilton.

Survivors include his mother, Julia Grant; and one sister, Diana Logston, Kansas City.

Mr. Grant was preceded in death by his father, William F. Grant; and his stepfather, Elmer Tharp.
