Notice of Trustee’s Sale

Default having been made in the payment of the promissory note described in and secured by the Deed of Trust dated the 25th day of September, 1998, and executed by Harold E. Mooney and Ruby D. Mooney, husband and wife, recorded in Book 177, Page 15, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Daviess County, Missouri, and conveying to the then Trustee, the following described property situated in Daviess County, State of Missouri, to wit:

All of Lots Two Hundred Five (205) and Two Hundred Six (206) of Platted Morris Subdivision, a Subdivision in Pattonsburg, Daviess County, Missouri, subject to all easements, building and setback lines and streets as platted.

NOW THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of the said note and in accordance with the provisions of the said Deed of Trust, the undersigned substitute Trustee will on November 10, 2003, at 2:00 o’clock p.m., between the hours of 9:00 o’clock a.m. and 5:00 o’clock p.m., sell said property at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the South front door of the Daviess County Courthouse in the City of Gallatin, Daviess County, Missouri, to satisfy said note and costs.
