Karen Young, Care Center Administrator, met with the commission regarding the recently formed advisory board. Mary Jo Pittsenbarger was recommended by Ms. Young and appointed by the commission.

Bills were audited and paid.

George Smith, Marvin and Noranne Searcy, Marion Township, met with the commission concerning the CART program, bridge problems and the equipment grant.

The commission added 1.5 miles to the Jefferson Township CART program for CART road #254, following application of base rock.

Kevin Heldenbrand, sheriff, met with the commission regarding prisoner security and his budget shortfalls.

David Tolen contacted MoDOT concerning the delay in reimbursements for bridge projects dating back to June. Mr. Kingery assured him that the funds should be here this week.

The commission discussed the lease of the Lambert Building after learning that the utilities have been shut off. The lease was given to Prosecutor Julia Filley for review.
