All juniors will be attending the College Fair at Trenton High School
on Tuesday, Sept. 23. Bus will leave at 8:15 and return by 10:30.
Seniors have been invited to attend the evening College Fairs at
Cameron, Bethany, and Chillicothe.
Students in grades 9-12 may now apply for the “PRIMO-ACES” Program.
This program assists students planning to enter the fields of medicine, dentistry, and related career. Deadline is October 1. See Mr. Batson or Ms. Chipman immediately.
All juniors and interested seniors will be taking the ASVAB test today. See the special bulletin for details.
Friday, Sept. 19th is picture day. Individual school pictures will be
taken in the morning and fall sports pictures will be taken in the
afternoon. Please make sure you have all uniforms, money and picture
packets here that day. Picture packets can be picked up in the office.
Students are reminded that we do have a closed lunch policy and for
permission to leave during seminar or lunch, a student must have a note from parents ahead of time. Also when leaving during this time, it still counts against attendance.
Someone has taken the Seventeen, Cosmo Girl, Teen, People, and Spin
magazines from the library. Please return them to the book drop.
The Gallatin USA Wrestling Club has Gallatin Bulldog License Plate
Brackets for sale at $2.00 each. See Sherri Kerns (Supt. Office) to
purchase.
There is a sign-up sheet in the office for students wanting to ride the bus to the South Harrison football game Friday, Sept. 19. Cost is $.50 to ride and good behavior is a must. The bus will leave at 5:45p.m. and return about 10:00p.m.
There will be a coronation committee meeting today. 7th 8th, and 9th
graders involved need to eat first lunch shift. The meeting will be in Mrs. Critten’s room.
There will be a sophomore float committee meeting today during
seminar.
There will be a senior class meeting Friday during 2nd seminar in the
library.
JH cheerleaders don’t forget to meet at the Water Wizard car wash at
4:30pm on Saturday for the Chautauqua parade line up.
FCCLA members who have not sold all of their candles need to bring
extra candles into Mrs. Robertson’s room so they can be sold at
Chautauqua.
All FCCLA members, don’t forget FCCLA is hosting the baby show
Saturday. Members working need to be at the north side of the
courthouse at 8:00am. You will also be selling candles both Sat. and
Sun. beginning at 8:00am. Sunday you will be set up at the Farmers
Bank. Please be on time if you’re scheduled to work.
Lunch Menu: Lasagna Roll-up or Burrito w/Cheese, Peaches, Garlic
Toast, Bread, Milk, and Salad Bar.
