8/2 – 3:55 a.m. — auto accident, minor injury; Grand and Franklin; summons issued. 8/3 – 1:15-11 a.m. — stealing; 201 S. Pine. 8/4 – 10:40 a.m. — outside warrant arrest; 502 S. Water; Dekalb County warrant. 8/7 – 12:45 p.m. — loss; 1203 S. Prospect.
8/9-12 midnight – 8/10-10 am — property damage report; 701 West Grand; report was taken 8/11. 8/14 -10:50 p.m. — property damage report; 311 W. Johnson. 8/9-12:01 a.m.-8/10-4 a.m. — property damage report; 701 West Grand; report was taken 8/19. 8/19 – 1:45 a.m. — auto accident, non injury; Main and Jackson; summons issued. 8/20 – 5:15 p.m. — recovered property; 306 South Maple; report was taken 8/22. 8/22 – 10 p.m. — aggravated assault; 111 N. Maple; suspect identified.
8/23 – 10:25-10:40 p.m. — threatening phone calls; 205 West Mill. 8/26 – 7-7:30 p.m. — violation of full order of protection; 1215 S. Prospect; civil matter – report forwarded to Daviess County Associate Circuit Court and Daviess County prosecutor for action; no violence involved. 8/28 – 8 a.m. — tampering with city utilities – 6 counts; East Berry Road; city of Gallatin is the victim. 8/29 – 12 noon-8/31-7:30 a.m. — property damage report; 411 South Cedar; report was taken 8/31. 8/31 – 4:30-4:50 p.m. — property damage report; 105 N. Clay.
