Criminal cases filed: State vs. Karen M. Kless, property damage, Class D felony, resisting arrest, Class A misdemeanor; State vs. Teresa Ann McCaslin, non-support, Class D felony.
A dissolution of marriage was granted Sept. 5 to Crystal Lea Eaton-Tustison from Christopher Douglas Tustison, by Judge Warren McElwain.
In State of Missouri vs. Jennifer Jo Denyer, the defendant plead guilty to possession of a controlled substance, Class C felony. She was sentenced to 7 years in the Department of Corrections, execution of sentence suspended, 5 years probation. The case was heard Sept. 9 by Judge McElwain.
David Deramus plead guilty Sept. 9 to the Class C felony, possession of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance, Class A misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered by Judge McElwain.
On Sept. 9, Karen M. Kless plead guilty to resisting arrest, Class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 180 days in the county jail, suspended execution of sentence, and 2 years court-supervised probation. She plead not guilty to property damage, 1st degree, Class D felony, and was released on $5,000 bond.
